Jeangu Macrooy has just announced the release of his fifth studio album ‘Zolang Ik Blijf Dansen’, marking his first album written entirely in Dutch.

During the recordings of the Dutch television program ‘Beste Zangers’, Jeangu was inspired to sing and write songs in his native language. The experience encouraged him to explore Dutch as a new way to tell stories and express himself musically, making his songs feel even more personal.

To celebrate the release of ‘Zolang Ik Blijf Dansen’, Jeangu will perform a special album release show on May 22nd, 2027, at Melkweg MAX in Amsterdam.
